Highlander Beer Tap Takeover & Dinner

 Join us for a Highlander Beer tap takeover with a beer-inspired, three-course dinner at the Iron Griz! Highlander branded swag will be available for the first 40 guests!

For the first course enjoy a citrus salad consisting of orange, blood orange, and grapefruit segments, and basil topped with a sunshine vinaigrette.

For the second course, experience a flavorful plate of barley fried rice with duck eggs.

The final course consists of beer braised beef shank, along with fried plantains, tomato jam, and crispy pickled red onion.
