With the early arrival of snow in Missoula, now is the prime time to enjoy the shellfish season! With our dinner reflecting the changing of the seasons, Executive Sous Chef, Jesse Mayer Under the Sea Oyster and Halibut Dinner will leave you breathless. The atmosphere of the Iron Griz will enhance your evening, with snowy views of the UM Golf Course and warmth of the Iron Griz Fire Place. This will be a dining experience you’ll never forget.

West coast oysters on the half shell, topped with spinach bacon cream sauce and parmesan then baked to perfection.
Char Grilled Oysters

Seafood Risotto with pepita crusted halibut
