Much of our produce is sourced directly from the vibrant Iron Griz Garden, ensuring that each dish not only tastes fresh but also supports sustainable practices.

At Iron Griz: American Bistro, we offer a unique dining experience that evolves with the seasons. Enjoy the lush views of golfers teeing off in the summer from our patio or cozy up next to our fireplace as the landscape transforms into a snowy wonderland. In the winter months, guests can also enjoy the

3-mile groomed cross-country ski course just steps from the restaurant.

We pride ourselves on sourcing ingredients directly from nearby producers and our own Iron Griz Garden. This commitment is showcased in dishes such as the Iron Griz Garden Salad, featuring greens and vegetables picked just steps from your table, and the Chimichurri Tri-Tip Sandwich served on a Le Petite Bakehouse baguette These efforts not only enhance the freshness and flavor of our meals but also support the local economy and reduce our environmental footprint.

Every Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, Iron Griz: American Bistro becomes the ultimate brunch destination. Our Saturday Brunch menu features standout dishes like the hearty Rancher's Breakfast, the flavorful Sentinel Burrito, and our popular Chicken and Waffles, all crafted with the freshest local ingredients. Complement your meal with our signature drinks, including the refreshing Mimosa, innovative Frosés garnished with melon and mint,or the Brass Grizzly, which combines KettleHouse Shady IPA with orange juice.
