Summer MenuOur menu is crafted by Chef Hailey Palmer and inspired by the diverse food traditions that shape American cuisine. Many ingredients come from the Iron Griz Garden just outside our doors, along with locally sourced products from across Montana. We keep things seasonal, straightforward, and rooted in where we are.
